Non-scale victory of the week!

Oh, man! I ate Taco Bell and a whole bunch of Girl Scout cookies today because I had to play my banjo show and I had a headache. Now, of course, I feel terrible about it--but I don't have a headache. My sleep needs to be better, I'm sure.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Keep going straight on the road instead of turning left into Taco Bell, heh!

Now I'll have to eat no fast food through the weekend and into the first of the week in order to get to the 172ish area for Wednesday Drawing Weigh In. Yep.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I got my old treadmill and treadmill desk carried down from upstairs and set up in an unused room in my mostly unused house. Doggie and I are on the treadmill right now--well, I am. Doggie is on his doggie bed setup on top of the treadmill desk, watch for photos here and clips on my Insta.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Just keeping away from the fast food places is plenty for one week.
