Non-scale victory of the week!
Oh, man! I ate Taco Bell and a whole bunch of Girl Scout cookies today because I had to play my banjo show and I had a headache. Now, of course, I feel terrible about it--but I don't have a headache. My sleep needs to be better, I'm sure.

Now I'll have to eat no fast food through the weekend and into the first of the week in order to get to the 172ish area for Wednesday Drawing Weigh In. Yep.
