have t cheated at all Fishing is great right now so I’m getting in plenty of walking around the lake bank

Resisted the leftover Christmas candy that is still on the coffee table. Actually I have no desire looking at it. That is a VICTORY in itself.

Exercise more, work on my meal planning. But I did get a cut n color and that alone made me feel better
