Non-scale victory of the week!
I worked out 5x this week and did no carb meal prep for all of my breakfast meals.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I need to work on my lunch options. I need cheap options and frozen trader Joe's meals is not the only thing. I should cook more. I also need to plan my very busy evening schedule better when it comes to dinner.

Make lunch for the week. I've been wanting fried cauliflower rice. I will make a big batch of that for at least 3 lunch days.
