What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Walk at least one mile each day and eat more veggies. I even bought myself a spiralizer and a sheet cutter for fresh vegetables, to make meals interesting and fun. Here was tonight'sdinner, zucchini zoodles with Roma tomatoes and a tablespoon of pesto.
