I am simply delighted with the fasting aspect that my wife introduced to me. I thought it would be much harder, however I have a top-five Gallup strengths of discipline, and achiever so that might be helping me out?

balance...Starting out pretty aggressive and really clamping down on the diet. I might come to regret that? We will see
