Non-scale victory of the week!
My non-scale victory is that I joined a new gym since moving to a new city and actually going and working out!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I had a back tooth pulled, it was harder to workout during healing, I felt like my face had been hit by a truck after they drained the infection. I won't let that stop me, I'm doing great on my diet, but soft foods will help!

Work out like crazy! 2x a day and put good things in my body, total nourishment, no junk
