What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals for this week: Eat fruits(at least 2) everyday, drink tea only in the morning, only two chapatis(wheat multigrains tortillas) in a day, lightest meal for the dinner, half cup of milk every night. For exercises, my goal for this week is : Walk/Run for 15 miles in a week, 30 minutes stretching/lower body/upper body workout for minimum 4 days a week.
