I get hungry in the evenings ,, I have not been able to get lower than 182 in the past 2 years, Then I get discouraged .

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
No junk foods, for 21 days which includes white breads, cookies, cakes, chocolate, pastries, pops, fast foods, candy’s . I plan on working out with Turbo Fire. on the 6th I will be on week 10. Water First, Veggies most and Dinner and Done will be my philosophy. I would like to get 7 hours of sleep and early riser for workout so nothing will interfere, and believe me things happen all the time that would of interrupt my schedule. I will also drink 90 0z of water per day.
