Got back into the swing of things with eating better . Only 2days in but it’s a start!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not give-in so easily with junk food ! At some points I just felt so defeated that I didn’t even care.

started walking ! Adding the walking back into my routine has been difficult to say the least ! Finally got it started again and hopefully I can keep it up !

kept up with several goals I set for myself !!! i kept up with upping my veggie intake AND the 5days a week of cardio. I’m definitely seeing the awesome outcome as a result of these healthy habit changes!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Trying to stick to 1 cheat day instead of the 2 I’ve been doing . Eventually I’d like it to be just one cheat meal one day a week !

kept to my diet and workouts! I believe the 2extra pounds are results of weighing in after my coffee and the cheat day yesterday . So I’m pretty sure I’ll be tomorrow !

I had great success with quitting junk food and sugary sweets! The cravings are becoming more and more easy to deal with !

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

More afternoon walks! I just have felt so slow and drained after 2pm. Literally like I’m dragging my feet to the end of my day.

Keep up the intermittent fasting and the healthy eating habits ! If I can continue with that the goal I want to reach looks more attainable day by day ! This past week was AWESOME and I just need to KEEP IT UP!

non scale victory ; only messed up (diet-wise) one time so far since starting this new journey ! I am not perfect and I’m really feeling goo since taking on this new goal !

I really feel like I could have skipped that slice of Banza chickpea pizza after dinner . on the bright side I stopped after 1slice and it was a low calorie high protein pizza ! so I still stayed under my calorie budget!

stopped the after work ice cream and frozen yogurt stops. so that’s a major positive change . I’m hoping that I can continue doing this because although slow I am seeing progress ! Patience is key!!!
