Was pretty active. Tried a new food.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was traveling with my daughter for volleyball so we just didn't eat well and I didn't drink my normal allotment of water.

I chaperoned my daughter's 6th grade field trip that included hiking and I was finally in good enough shape to keep up with and out hike 12 year olds!
