Non-scale victory of the week!

I really didn't do well this week. I gave in to tempting foods over the weekend, then fasted for two days to make up for it

I did better with eating, but got sick and didn't make it to the gym as much as I would like.

made it to the gym twice, went running once.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did not eat well. At one point I was actually up a whole pound, so to be down .4 on weigh in day works for me.
