Non-scale victory of the week!
I had a lot of success the first few days, by Friday it became harder. I am feeling sick and lethargic, so choosing healthy foods was a struggle.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I honestly think I did my best, old habits are hard to change and given I was high stressed from work, sickness & my period I did well.
