I’m very frustrated, been with WW for over 3 yrs and lost over 100 lbs. Beginning 2021 I joined this bet and a 6 week step bet which is just ending. And I’ve moved my body more than I have in all the 3 yrs and have kept within my WW points (daily & weekly). And I’m not losing; just fluctuating up & down within 3 lbs for the last 4 months. I do have a bad Diet soda habit and hoping it’s just sodium. Any ideas or tips...need to lose 8lbs for round 2?!

Add intermittent fasting, add strength training (if already strength training, increase weights or change up routine), add more cardio (jogging intervals or any intervals to any cardio session, like regular walking, mix in short bursts of speed walking). You’ll see a change, but stalls are so frustrating. Keep at it! Awesome job, 100 pounds!!!!

Have you been to a doctor to rule out thyroid issues? Or other dietary problems from health or medicine issues?

Like others have said, you need to shake your metabolism back on. It's sleeping. So increasing/changing your workouts. Have a cheat weekend and the hardcore strict diet again. (Also consider if you are undereating. That can stop your weight loss too)

Hi everyone! I have a weird question... my coworker had a dna test for weightloss. She is very happy with it. It says her for example that she shouldn’t eat some stuff and tells her what is good for her. She tried every diet possible in the past and now it works. And now of course it keeps spinning in my head. Because it’s pretty expensive I am looking for reviews. But it’s new in Belgium so I can’t find much about it and from other countries.. well, a lot of positive reviews and negative ones. So I thought...we are here with thousands, maybe some of you tried it and can tell me if it’s worth the money. It’s a test with counseling included from specialists, not a DIY package.thanks !

Thank you all for the comments! After further investigation, it seems like you have to buy a lot of supplements then and I know I am not that kind of person. I’m gonna eat low carb, eat healthy and do my Bodygroove.

I’m all for WW as it has allowed me to lose over 100 lbs in the past 3 yrs. You’ve got to remember that whatever you use; it’s just a tool! You still have to do the’s a life change not a diet! Find what works and makes you healthier and go for it! Eat healthy, track your food, move your body and drink water!

Oops, I forgot to weight in for the 1st round...does that mean I’m disqualified? Guess I joined too many bets! I’m focused if I’m still in!
