Non-scale victory of the week!

I stayed on track. have gotten my minimum sleep of 7 hours most days... I'm just not happy about the scale.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

it's been a stressful week. I've been staying in my macros but have only lost 6oz... I am pretty hopeless for next week's weigh in. I think I need to really try and relax because my body is holding onto too much cortisol. UGH
