Hi I’m Sara, just turned 26 about a week ago. I’m from North Macedonia, living in Lithuanian, working from home, lots of late night snacks and not too much activity, but I started a “run every day” challenge and I’m very hopeful about this year.

Ps: I tried to find the book but it wouldn’t let me access the website because of security reasons (maybe because I’m in Europe), is there any other way to get it, I was really looking forward to reading it!


I’m Mercurii single 32 y/o who’s realized those horrible rumors are true; by 30 your metabolism will slow down and eating crazy will eventually catch up to you.
Two years into my 30s I am coming to terms with that and seeing that it’s hit me harder than I’ve wanted I’m finally going to do something about it....and stick to it.
I’m hoping having money involved and over paying for a gym membership will get me on track.
Getting in shape and looking better than I did pre-metabolism is at the top of my goals list. Good luck everyone!
