    Our first weekly challenge is my favorite! The Weekly Workout Challenge! The rules are pretty simple. Completed 4-5 workouts this week for at easy 30-45 minutes to be eligible to win a $10 Amazon gift card! You can do anything you would like. If you are new to working out I recommend walks or even Fitness Blender free YouTube videos. When you complete a workout you can simple post a sweaty selfie, a screen shot of your fitness tracker, or comment “I did ___ today”. You can post it here, the DietBet wall, or the group Facebook page! I’ll go ahead and pick two winners on Monday 7/19. Let’s have an active first week everyone!

Hi! My name is Leticia and I’m from San Diego. I barely made the weight (.2) last time so I want to do better this time. I joined this game to help keep me accountable and on track to meet my goal weight. It’s been a hard journey but I’m happy I did it and proud I’ve lost 50 lbs. hoping to loss about 15-20 more then work on maintaining it. I know if I try I can do this. Good luck everyone! We can all do this together!
