Non-scale victory of the week!
Non scale victory - It's painful --- but realizing that I've worked my entire life serving others --- and been a part of creating a work culture of an environment where the need for balance and self care has been horribly neglected. Taking time to really strategically think about how to turn this around for me..... And others.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have drank more water. I could have exercised more often..... I've been enjoying long walks with my dog but not really getting accelerators done.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I'm going to try to get the meals in and drink more water/tea/ boost. It's very cold here and my skin is begging for hydration !!!!!!!
