Non-scale victory of the week!
ive been working out 6 days a week and my non scale victories are that I have actually gone to the gym by myself. the last 2 nights the scale had me between 6-8oz away from winning and i went to the gym and did cardio morning and at night for the last 2 days. I was so upset on Sunday thinking I wouldn't make it - after all this hard work!! and OMG I got on the scale this morning and cried with excitement. I MADE IT !!!! WOOOOHOOOO!!!!
