Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn't resist tempting food, I controlled my intake of the food.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I need to eat more. I have had some success with losing weight by eating more healthy foods than just denying myself and continuing to keep my calorie count lower.

I will continue to make better choices and not limiting myself to zero bad things. I will control my intake of the 'bad' stuff as opposed to cutting it out entirely.

I've gone down in size for my tops from XL to L. I haven't bought any more pants, but they're hanging off!
