Non-scale victory of the week!
I bought new scrubs and I've slimmed down enough that people are beginning to notice.

I definitely could have put in exercise time. I just felt blah and tired all week long

My main goals are to increase water intake and eat lunch so that I'm not so hungry later in the day.
