Non-scale victory of the week!

went to Olivr Garden and it was a challenge to not get my favorite pasta. chicken Alfredo and have more than one breadstick. I got the Chicken Margherita and it was awesome. it was a 3rd of the calories and I loved it. and I did only have one breadstick and not 4 or 5

I want to get more steps in each day. I'm doing better as the foot pain gets less and less

continue to recover and improve my pain levels. continue to exercise and hopefully get my haircut.told my self if and when I get to 355 I can get my haircut. long hair drive me crazy lol
