I may need some time off - after 5 they seem to be getting less effective. I still have a ways o go weight wise so maybe start another one up after everyone gets home from Joe & Melissa's wedding?

havent made them yet - I should have time after class tomorrow but so far it's been green beans, yogurt & garden burgers. about 1350 cal per day & I'm hungry!
