I made a point to prep my meals ahead of time during 4th of July weekend weekend so that it would be easier for me and for me and less tempting to eat other foods that everybody else was eating.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I ate a lot of sugary items on our drive to and from Tennessee. definitely could've easily avoided it.

my oldest kiddo is traveling so I'm going to use this time to really hone in on nutrition. I have meal planned & am super excited for this week's meals. also sleep! my husband is home on leave so I'm able to sleep in some mornings instead of getting up early with the baby.
