Remind yourself you need emotional healing, not emotional eating. If there are tempting foods, get them out of sight out of mind. Know yourself, dont test yourself. :heart:

You're better than me! I did a kind of soft start with some exercise and mostly watching my calories, but it's Easter so I was a bit lax. Great job on the workout!

Please don't start your day by looking at your phone or more importantly: by looking at OTHER people lives. PLEASE START by looking at YOUR Life, YOUR heart, YOUR desires.
Skip the "social" media. Skip all media. Skip the screens, or at least fir your first couple hours of the day..
You will feel so peaceful! And --hey- how about just start skipping instead !
