I’m so frustrated not sure what I’m doing wrong! I am doing circuit training 4 days a week and not eating after 7 and doing weight watchers and my weight just stopped. Not going down at all for a week now 😫

  • Happy Monday!! This weekend was the best Valentine's Day this girl has had in years. I spent so many years in an unfulfilling marriage with an unfaithful man. 2019 changed everything. I left, struggled, was more vulnerable than ever...and lost 50 lbs with diet and exercise.
    This year valentines day was happy, and I truly felt cherished by a wonderful man 💖I indulged, but not to the point of insanity like I used to. So much has changed in the past year and it feels SO GOOD.
    Let's crush this week! 💪

I had to restrain myself from weighing myself multiple times this week. Today, it's been one week since my last weigh in & I'm down 3.8 lbs! 😁 I'm super proud of myself. I only have 2.2 lbs left to lose! I've got this!

Y’all today was super hard, I failed. It’s not an ordinary Saturday here in New Orleans; it’s Mardi Gras season and I gave in to every sinful temptation. It’s going to be a long two weeks leading to Fat Tuesday. I have to be mental strong 😩😩😩😩😩

What about looking at it as “earning” Fat Tuesday? Or pick your favorite day of the festivities to “cheat/celebrate” instead of indulging the entire two weeks.
