  • I was diagnosed with BPD after years of suffering with major depression. I’m finally getting to a place where I’m feeling more like myself mentally although at the expense of my physical health. My body has been effected by the entourage of medications and their side effects. I refuse to have to choose between my physical health or my mental health; I want both. 💪???? 💜

i have bpd too which has caused me to yoyo weight the last few years. a recent medication caused me to gain a lot of weight in the last year so i understand where you are coming from! good luck, you got this!
