Just to clarify from what Elliemar said - You don't have to win round 5, you just need to be at 6% by then to qualify for the last round.

When you workout in the moring, do you eat first? Are there benefits of not eating?

Like Slim said, some people need something, just a light serving of carbs will do. Especially if you plan on cardio, and ESP if you plan a workout longer than 90 minutes. 60 minutes or less you might be fine fasted. If I do a workout first thing I don't eat because I get bad heartburn if I do. Like Slim, I also bike ride. If I am doing a big morning ride on the weekend when it's not as early, then I do eat first. I just need about an hour between finishing eating and starting my ride or run. Try both and see what works for you.
