You look terrific!! What is your feedback about that program? What kind of results have you seen? I’ve been considering doing it but I just keep doing 80DO because I love it so much :joy:

Thank you! I love MBF and MBFA so much! They are quick and intense workouts with really great results for me! I’m on my last week of round 2 in MBFA and I’ve lost 8.2 pounds so far and over 6 inches. I feel stronger and my shape is changing for sure. I really loved 80DO too, but I have enjoyed a slightly faster pace with new moves with Megan. Good luck!

I’m thinking about joining a runbet game to help keep me motivated. I’m trying to get back into running after a lengthy absence. A lot of my runs will be done on the treadmill. Does anybody here do runbet? Any thoughts?

I've done runbets before!! It's definitely motivating! If you do them on the treadmill, you just have to submit a picture of the screen showing distance and time and a sweaty selfie. Only complaint is you don't win much money. If you finish, you get your entry fee + a little more from the pot. (like $3-5 more)
