Just read your most recent post about being stuck at your weight. Been there plenty of times. I've found when that happens the best solution is to change up everything. Been eating eggs for breakfast? Switch to fruit. Been running? Switch to hot yoga. Salad for lunch? Switch to sushi. Yogurt for snack? Switch to nuts or cheese. Lifting weights? Switch to Tabata-style bodyweight. It works for me when my body adapts. Switch up again in a few week. Good luck!!
