Non-scale victory of the week!
I am consistently waking up before 5:20am. My water intake is increasing; goal 128 ounces or 1 US Gallon.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Eat more clean foods and drink more water to combat snacking on processed foods like CHIIPS!

Consistency across my quality time with family, mental and physical health goals - 7 hours sleep, 4/6am workouts + weekend workout, office projects review and embrace delegating more. Continue to create a vaccum in my home by removing clutter. Say and show more love to my family.
