Non-scale victory of the week!

I have started intermittent fasting which is extremely hard for me because I can't resist food but I've been able to make it work so far.

I slightly over eat at dinner but probably because I don't eat much throughout the day but maybe I can learn to eat less for dinner.

I didn't snack much, I made better food choices. I think I have more energy.
