One week almost done people! What I am doing differently this time is checking in with myself every Saturday to really assess what I did well and what I can tweak for next week.
What I did well: strong bedtime routine, pushed myself in workouts, planned food ahead of time and stuck with it.
Where I can do better next week: really counting my water intake.
