- Today we had family over so we all enjoyed some smoked salmon and salads! It's always nice to show family how eating healthy doesnt have to be boring and the different ways you can add different foods into your lifestyle. At my heaviest I never knew how to cook and didnt even know I enjoyed fish (other than deep fried) so once I realized healthy versions of the foods I loved it helped me to realized this is a lifestyle change, not a diet!
