Cooking more at home again, doing more calisthenics and weights

Could have done more aerobic activity and eaten a few less carbs

15 minutes minimum per day of aerobics to lower cholesterol, more fish and veggies, less carbs, continue weights and calisthenics

Non-scale victory of the week!

I have upped the water intake and reduced the sugar intake.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Could have attempted to do more exercise. Back was still in a lot of pain.

Get back on track with the exercise. Back is feeling a bit better. Get adequate sleep at normal hours to start prepping for return to work. Increase water intake some more.

Increase my step count, increase my water intake, increase my exercise time and watch my carb intake.

Exercised almost every day. Kept caloric intake down.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Need to get water intake up. I believe it's why I haven't lost more weight. It is difficult because I have been feeling full so don't have room to drink anymore water.

Drink more water. Go walking at least 5 days. Continue calisthenics and not eat, at all, after 8. Very minimal carb intake. Lose 2-3 lbs.
