This month was tough. Mentally and physically but I’m still pushing! Started at 180. Got to 174, back up to 180 back town to 175 and my goal is 173. So eeeeek. Push it!

It’s Wednesday!!!!!
Today I’d LOVE to hear everyone’s WHY. What pushes you to get out of bed every day and keep going. It could be something that seems so small, or something super deep/personal if you’d like to share!! It’s always just so powerful and heartwarming to me to hear and learn a little bit about all the new faces and just to relate in the fact that we all have someone/something that keeps us going and we might not even realize it!

Mine is my mom. If you follow my Instagram @bloodsweatfiness you’ve probably seen her here and there and she seriously is my WHY. She wakes up every day and puts everyone before herself. She works harder than anyone I know. And still works out with me because she knows it motivates me and gets me up on days where I’m feeling lazy and wouldn’t have gotten a workout in otherwise! We’ve been playing tennis together weekly and just have been having SO much fun laughing and making memories doing something we love while being active and treating our bodies well!!

If anyone is open to it, PLEASE SHARE!! It does not have to be as deep as mine it could simply be FOOD, or MONEY, or TRAVEL, or video games who knows! But I’d love to hear!!

Happy game day everyone!

Welcome to any new faces, and WELCOME BACK to any previous gamers of mine! If you’re not able to weigh in today, don’t worry!
