I was able to cook homemade meals all week! I also worked out 4x last week!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
making better choices on foods when I felt like there was no change. I had French toast for dinner since I didn't see much of a change in the scale. then this morning I was surprised! I need to remember it takes time to reflect!! keep going
