Non-scale victory of the week!

i did intermittent fasting all week without failure! i cooked every day and focused on healthy meals

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I work alot as a bartender Long late nights on my feet make it hard to get up and get working out But thank you quarentine i now have thirty days to build good habits!
