Non-scale victory of the week!

I went through the entire weekend without overeating and gaining weight back that I had lost. Lately I keep gaining and losing the same 5-8 pounds because I overeat on weekends. I have also been doing great logging what I eat and that is helping a bunch.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Right now being at home in quarantine and I’m around food all the time. I eat more than I need to and have no portion control. Late in evenings and nights are the worst time of day for me.
