Non-scale victory of the week!

I feel much better this week. I’ve been eating more balanced meals! I’ve exercised 7 days in a row this week and I feel great about my accomplishments thus far.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have chosen some better cheats. When I’m away from home and get hungry I don’t make the best choices. I know I could do better!
