Keep up the hard work. I know it's not easy but if you make the right choices to eat right and exercise EVERY DAY you will get there! I also know how it feels to have a HUGE amount of weight to lose. I started out at 385 and I'm down to 224 so I am living proof that a normal person with no trainer or doctor can lose the weight! I lost all of the weight in 5 months so it doesn't have to take a long time; the weight will come off fast!!! The secret is to keep making the right choices EVERY DAY! Don't give up!
