I’ve used Sweat numerous times. The best deal is to pay for the whole year for $99 rather than the monthly (not sure if this deal is available throughout the year but is definitely available right before the new year). There are lots of different options for both body weight and gym equipment workouts. I like the express workouts to target certain areas in about 15 minutes!

  • GOODMORNING EVERYONE and happy MONDAY! A new fresh week!!!!! Let’s start it off with a water challenge. I’ve been slacking the last few days so I NEED THIS!!!! It’s also my time of the month (first cycle since before I got pregnant with Jax, my cramps are insane) so I need to debloat!!!

    Make a water goal and check in here throughout the day. My goal today is 150oz. Off to a late start, just started on my first 40.

    I am so sorry I haven’t been commenting on everyones posts. I am DOWN from this sinus infection (JUST a sinus infection thank goodness!) But my head feels like it’s going to explode! Ive lost 4.5 pounds since the start of the bet most likely because I have no appetite at all. Hoping to feel better soon! Husband is off work and going to watch the kids while I sleep it off today!

    Lets focus on WATER today! (ME TOO). Water is so important for weight loss but also for overall health! For me I love to drink a lot of water because it helps me feel fuller during and in between meals! It also flushes out my body and keeps me from being bloated!

    The recommended amount off water per day is 1/2 your bodyweight in ounces! So for example if you are 200 pounds, the recommended amount would be 100 oz! So comment below your goal for the day and check in periodically throughout the day to stay accountable!!! I will choose 2 winners from the comments to win a brand new IRON FLASK. My fav insulated water bottle!!!

  • I just like to do a little check in on Saturdays and prepare you for the week ahead. HOW IS EVERYONE DOING?! I know we just started but I want you to reflect on the last few days.

    My goals for this week are to STICK TO MY MEAL PLAN to the T! One thing that went well was my run friday night. It's cold but I brought both of my kids. My three year old held my hand. I teared up. My 9 year old who gained a little ran with me too and didnt stop even though I knew he was struggling. We then weighed ourselves sunday and figured out how much water we all need to drink to help our bodies. This is turning in to a family thing this time which makes me more accountable because I'm on stage with the biggest audience ever!

  • THE GAME HAS STARTED! OMG. I am so pumped and ready for this and I hope everyone else is too! I am going to kick things off by introducing myself for anyone here who doesn’t know me

    My name is Felicia Keathley and I am a 25 year old stay at home mom of 2 boys! 3 years ago I started my weight loss journey at 302 pounds at my absolute rock bottom. I felt like I had tried SO many things to lose weight but would always end up quitting. I was at the point where I wanted to get weight loss surgery but my insurance needed proof of a failed weight loss program. So that’s why I joined WW (weight watchers) basically just expecting to fail. 3 years later here I am! Down 145 pounds naturally with WW and exercise

    I truly believe I was put on this earth to share my story and help others not only lose weight but change their mindset to be able to keep the weight off. So like I say all the time, YES this is a weight loss challenge, I also want you to dig deep and focus on all the other aspects that come along with weight loss. NO MORE all or nothing mentality. NO MORE quitting after one night out. This is forever. And I am here to help.

I am ready for this to kickstart me back to my goal weights 157 is the area I feel most comfortable at chasing after my two young boys! Quarantine has been a little tough on healthy habits - gonna use this time to focus on restarting those and other healthy routines

This will be my third diet bet. The other two people weren’t active which has been frustrating. I think one of the reasons why you do this is so you can encourage each other.
