i have everything i wanted from peanut butter, honey and all the food i love while controlling the daily calorie intake and the quantities... Smaller sizes, optimum calibration between Protein, Fats and Carbs will definitely lead to great results

Work towards Round 2 Goal which is very important for me. hitting the weight of 84.9 Kgs and maintaining it will be a big accomplishment for me.

I ate in a balanced way, prepared my meals on my own and found out how skillful i am in the kitchen :)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have moved more... i focused mainly on the nutrition without moving much... this time i will be combining between nutrition and exercise
