I miss running so much. 8 years ago I would have told you I was a runner. Then my knees played up so bad it was agony. I'm just trying to ease myself back into it now following the couch to 5k programme, only on day 3 and its going OK!
Highly recommended to anyone wanting to start running. I use the rundouble app.

Hi everyone, I am new to diet bet and I am so glad I am taking this step. I need motivation. I’ve gained 21 pounds over the last 2 years and I hate it. Zoloft and COVID will do that to a girl. I am only 53 and my body hurts like it never has before. I used to run and workout but just stopped! Getting back at it has been hard. Hoping this group motivates me!!! Good luck

Good luck! Thanks for sharing! I’m so mad at myself. I gained over 20 pounds in one year! I fell off the “ exercise and eating healthy” wagon, but I hopped back on it!

  • WELCOME FRIENDS! Just stopping by to say hello and let you know how excited I am to have you join us for the Jump In July challenge! Weigh-ins begin tomorrow but you have up until the second week of the game to officially weigh in. I want you to know that there is a weekly weigh-ins hosted by Dietbet, but the only weigh-ins that are officially required of you is the one at the beginning of the game and the one at the end of the game. For fun I like to host my own weekly challenges with fun incentives and prizes (cookbooks, gift cards, etc.) to keep the game exciting so be on the look out for those! Hi! I’ve been doing the Instant Loss 90 day challenge, but motivation has been low, and while I’ve been eating slightly better, it hasn’t been consistent good choices. So, I’m looking forward to this kick start.
