it was good in the beginning of the week, but then Friday I skipped a workout and Saturday I was very unmotivated and felt fatigued. I ate late, albeit a salad, I thought I was feeling that way because I didn’t get my vegetables in. today it took a lot to get in a workout, but I did. I’m happy my weight went down but I wish it was more to ensure I lose 4%. this week I will kick it!
