Feeling much better today , after a bad weekend , I lost the 3 pounds I had put back on , now to just get to the 5 pounds I have left for this round off . This is exactly why I am in the group is to keep myself accountable, in the past I would have just given up , not the time !

I'm in the exact same boat pound for pound! We can do this! We know what to do... Now let's follow through! Ha easier said than done- luckily my best friend is super supportive and I committed to meeting her at our rec center tonight.
Make appts to stick to and plan meals ahead of time- I think that's what is going to make the biggest difference.

So I decided to break my intermittent fasting that I have been doing for 3 months while on a mini vacation with my husband . I also didn’t eat the best either and now I am paying for it big time . My body has definitely been telling me that I made too many bad decisions at one time lol it’s crazy how much I can tell the difference now between eating better ( not always 100% healthy ) and just eating whatever I want . Not going to do this again , plus now I have 3 additional pounds to lose before the end of round 2 but I got this !

Same here! I broke mine for this last week and now I’m feeling it and trying to get myself back in the mindset is kicking my butt! I’m dreading getting on the scale this evening as I usually do my weekly weigh ins on Monday evenings smh

Been in a love hate relationship with my treadmill for awhile but I finally found a way to enjoy it . I bought a tablet big enough to cover the screen on the treadmill so now I can watch one of my favorite tv shows on Netflix, it is exactly 42 minutes . Now I am not bored watching the time on my treadmill realizing how much longer I have to go, it’s a nice surprise when the show is over and I realize I made it lol

I set up my computer on a ladder across from my bike and watch a show. It helps keep me from only focusing on the exercise. When we get our treadmill we are mounting a tv across from it so we can either mirror the IFit app or watch tv while we exercise. It helps keep it going for a little longer!

I joined this transformer to keep myself accountable because in the past I did just the monthly bets , would lose the weight and then put half of it back on . So far so good , I made the first goal and am only 5 pounds away from my second and I feel great !

Signed up for the same reason too! And eveeeen though I cheated a bit more than I would’ve liked to for the past 3 days (my reward cheat day lasted a bit too long), I’m not gonna stress about it and start new tomorrow. Whereas last time, I’d just let the bad habits keep going for a full week. But, it’s all about changing our lifestyle, so baby steps i guess.

My weight is up, higher than when I weighed on for this challenge.
I have two choices-let it frustrate me and defeat me, or -let it motivate me to do more/do better.
I am trying really hard to be motivated!

Same! Between a plateau and the January motivation slipping! But I’m doing best and know we are in for the long haul! Even if we don’t make it this month, we have 5 more to go!

Thanks for the advice! I’m tracking, have my Fitbit and am increasing my water intake(and bathroom visits). I will gage the week and adjust from there.

There is a free program called My Fitness Pal that let's you easily track food (calories and macronutrients) plus exercise. You can set your goals in the program, and it helps you stay focused.
