I didn’t beat myself up for not clean eating got upset maybe for a minute but I’m good and ready to win this

a drank gallon for the first two days so that’s good. I haven’t been able to get my water in.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

i need to eat more throughout the day so I don’t feel hungry at night. it messes with my fast !!

keep my fast! Hopefully complete the 16 hour fast for the whole week and still try to sleep early it’s 12:00 am as I write this smh.
