I said no to fast food several times…

more effort in my workouts and less sugar

Its important to me to see where the wright is coming from…. I can go up and down in weight 10 lbs a day… It’s really frustrating to see progress and then the next morning I wake up the same weight I started. Sometimes it feels like my body boycotting me!
