Non-scale victory of the week!

Back into fasting, drinking way more water!! I finally felt GOOD and EXCITED to dress up and show off for one of my husband’s events (graduation) instead of self-conscious and embarrassed!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I am so so excited, I had lost some of my early progress, gone back up a little in weight, and then forgot to weigh in on one of my challenges, so missed an opportunity for winnings when I had already lost the weight

isolated long enough to visit my parents with the kids, getting creative with my workouts and my eating is better when I’m not in front of my own snacky cupboards all the time!

I feel like I crushed it this week! Maybe more intense exercise for next week

I’ve made huge progress in reducing food consumption to meal times and further intermittent fasting! Also, still excited to exercise almost every day!

Keeping the processed food out of our fridge and cabinets.

Intermittent fasting and keto has gone much better than hoped! I joined another challenge to help me stay accountable to working out

Go to sleep sooner, drink more water, up my protein intake
