Non-scale victory of the week!
Back into fasting, drinking way more water!! I finally felt GOOD and EXCITED to dress up and show off for one of my husband’s events (graduation) instead of self-conscious and embarrassed!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I am so so excited, I had lost some of my early progress, gone back up a little in weight, and then forgot to weigh in on one of my challenges, so missed an opportunity for winnings when I had already lost the weight
