I do hello fresh sometimes. It's more calorific than I'd like, honestly, and a lot of their meals boil down to being a lot of carbs and too much fat. Tbh, lean cuisines are good, especially with slight edits? I like getting some of the southwest style ones (enchiladas or something like that) and having it with fresh salsa and some shredded lettuce.

Good morning 🌞. I've lost 60 lbs but have struggled for a year to get to goal. I've even started gaining a little. I'm determined to drop the remainder of the weight. I need to lose 40lbs altogether with the weight I gained back. I know I can do it but I need those weigh-ins and these posts for motivation and accountability.
