  • Absolutely LOVING this other challenge I’m in! This is just one week progress. I feel like the witch in the Wizard of Oz, “I’m melting!” 😂 But in a good way! 😂
    Also today I had to grocery shop (I hate shopping) and I usually stress eat some bad kind of snack... a whole package. I DIDN’T GIVE IN TODAY! Feeling so stoked about my progress so far and for more results, I talked myself out of the snack aisle!

@Amber - I wouldn’t eat it until you’re craving ice cream! In theory, it’s best to avoid the sugar substitutes. But this stuff will 100% curb your craving if the time comes. I’ve had other low-carb ice creams (halo top) that definitely didn’t do “regular” ice cream justice. With this stuff I kept rechecking the label to be sure I didn’t miss something :joy:.

  • My workout today may seem kinda lame in comparison with last week but I did lots of meal prep, major house cleaning and painted a window cat patio my husband built for our cats. The day is gorgeous!

Haha! Total keto problem. Have you tried psyllium husk powder or glucommanan powder? They work great for me when I’m doing low carb.

I’m not familiar with keto honestly but are you able to take a fiber supplement? That may help... move things out of your body haha

    Here's a great reason to drink plenty of water: Drinking enough water is essential for burning off fat from food and drink, as well as stored fat.

    However, if you're not used to being well hydrated you'll probably be visiting the restroom a little bit more over the next few days. But, you'll just get more steps in!
